The "NS-D100 model" is a device that can measure the electrostatic charge diffusion rate under environmental conditions specified by the Japanese Industrial Standard JISC61340-2-1 (international standard IEC61340-2-1) at a temperature of 23°C ± 2°C and relative humidity of 12 ± 3%. It allows for the numerical evaluation of electrostatic phenomena that have previously been perceived intuitively.
